These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of KC Farms’ websites and your purchase of products from KC Farms (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
2. Eligibility & Geographic Limitation
We currently sell and ship products only within the State of Connecticut, USA. Orders destined outside Connecticut will be declined or refunded to comply with state agricultural rules.
3. Product Information & Availability
We work to keep information accurate, but availability, pricing, and descriptions may change without notice. Images are illustrative and natural produce may vary in size, weight, and color.
4. Fresh Produce — Customer Responsibility
Important: Please wash all produce thoroughly before consumption. Store promptly under appropriate conditions (e.g., refrigerate leafy greens).
KC Farms is not responsible for illness, reactions, spoilage, or damage arising from improper washing, storage, handling, preparation, or cooking after delivery or pickup.
5. Pricing & Payment
- All prices are in U.S. dollars and due at order placement.
- Accepted payment methods are shown at checkout.
6. Shipping & Delivery
- Free shipping for orders of $25+ within Connecticut.
- Orders under $25 incur a flat $12 delivery fee.
- Delivery windows are estimates and may vary due to weather, harvest, or logistics.
7. Returns & Refunds
Because produce is perishable, all sales are final. If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, email info@kcfarms.io within 24 hours of delivery with photos; remedies (credit or replacement) are at our discretion.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, KC Farms is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or harm caused by failure to follow safe food handling practices.
9. Intellectual Property
All Site content (text, images, logos) is the property of KC Farms and may not be used without written permission.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Site after updates are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
